By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions of Beauty Studio by Norelys.

Appointments & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

Results may vary depending on individual skin conditions, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare recommendations.

Health & Skin Conditions

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment. We are not responsible for adverse reactions if this information is not disclosed.

Payments

All services must be paid in full at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Beauty Studio by Norelys is not liable for any damages, allergic reactions, or skin sensitivities resulting from treatments when proper consultation has been provided.
